Well seems like the recession in Dubai is quite a passe! At least for the motor enthusiast, as it seems.
Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron - Soleil de Nuit
Bugatti chose the Dubai Motor Show to conclude its Centenary celebrations by unveiling three special editions of the Veyron supercar. The “Sang d’Argent” and the Grand Sport “Soleil de Nuit” are one-off models while the “Nocturne” will be limited to five cars only, all of them available exclusively to Middle East customers.
The Nocturne features a polished aluminium bonnet, galvanised side windows, special polished custom rims and polished aluminium upper body parts at the rear. The interior is dominated by a black nano-coated magnesium dashboard while the centre console is finished in galvanised platinum.
Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron - Sang d’Argent
Next up is the equally shiny Veyron Sang d’Argent. The name roughly translates to ‘silver blood’, which seems appropriate given that the body wears a mix of polished-aluminum and silver-painted panels. The Veyron Grand Sport donated its wheels to the cause, while a special ‘Havanna’ treatment fills the inside.
Our favorite of the trio has to be this, the Soleil de Nuit. Based on the targa-top Veyron Grand Sport, the luscious burnt orange leather is easily spotted through the roof opening. The body’s painted in a deep metallic blue with polished aluminum ringing the bottom of the car. The so-called Sang Noir (black blood) wheels also sport matching blue paint. Bugatti says the car embodies the ‘Art, Forme, Technique’ mantra that underlies all Bugatti design.

If you’re interested, prices range is from $2.1 million for the Sang d’Argent, $2.3 million for the Soleil de Nuit, and $2.4 million for the Nocturne. First deliveries take place in the first quarter of 2010. Not up for it? Well, you can at least check out our high-res images.
