From 9 to 13 July 2010, the Dining Event company, which specializes in culinary events will install their extraordinary ‘pop-up’ restaurant in Monaco. Suspended a hundred feet above the bay of Monaco, fifteen separate dinners will be served during the week by the greatest European chefs.
The culinary adventure will feature acclaimed chefs such as Joel Robuchon from the Hotel Metropole in Monaco, Marcel Ravin from Monaco’s Hotel Monte-Carlo and Christian Sinicropi from the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. On the opening night, 9th July, diners can participate in one of the special dinners supervised by the state chefs of Monaco, the Elysee Palace and the Kremlin, followed by a stunning firework display.
The evening begins in the harbour of Monaco, when guests will be welcomed aboard a 35m Riva Domino yacht with a glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge and amuse-bouches by LeNotre, before being whisked to the heavens for the experience of a lifetime.
The dinner itself will be accompanied by the legendary Cuvee R. Lalou 1998, derived from the seven Grands Crus of Maison Mumm champagne, a perfect blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an exceptionally light touch. Tickets for twenty-two guests at each table will be on sale at €1000 ($1,220) per person, €100 of which will be donated to Princess Stephanie of Monaco’s Fight Aids Foundation.
