Mansory have used their finesse in car makeovers on the Mercedes McLaren SLR, the Mercedes’ G55 AMG, Porsche Cayenne Chopster, and the Rolls Royce Ghost with success, but they have finally faltered in their attempt to do-up the Porsche Panamera. Swiss tuning firm has released a new upgrade kit for the Porsche Panamera Turbo. The tuned version gets a big 36-percent increase in power and torque.
Now with 690 PS (507 kW / 681 bhp) and up to 700 Nm of torque, up from the standard 500 PS / 368 kW, the car sprints from a standstill to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds, a 0.2 second decrease. In turn, the car’s top speed jolts up to 204 mph from 188 mph. It features a remapped control unit for the engine along with a new sports exhaust and bigger turbos.
Most noticeably, the tuner created a comprehensive exterior package for the car that includes a front bumper with LED daytime running lights, carbon-fiber hood, wheel arches, side skirts, a carbon-fiber diffuser that houses two exhaust pipes, and a rear wing. A set of 22-inch wheels is also included with Dunlop SP SportMaxx rubber — 265/30 in the front and 295/25 in the rear.
Inside, the Panamera’s cabin is largely stock, although Mansory bathes it in leather hides. Interior trim can be crafted from either carbon fiber or a variety of woods, while aluminum is used to dress up the pedals. Although this car sports a retina-scalding decor pattern, customers can order a car to their precise tastes.
The Mansory Porsche Panamera Turbo is now available for order.
