AMG Cigarette Twin Mercury HP1350
While playing with a high-end wheel like the Mercedes SLS AMG, you are definitely no stranger to speed. So, taking your love for speed and Mercedes, the legendary Cigarette Racing has partnered with Mercedes-Benz’ AMG tuning department to craft a speedster of the waters. Unveiled at the 2010 Miami International Boat Show, this new 46-foot custom racing boat takes its inspiration from Mercedes’ SLS AMG supercar.
In lieu of the Gullwing’s lone 6.2-liter V8 engine, which puts out a measly 563 horsepower, the Cigarette boat offers a pair of twin-turbocharged 552-cubic-inch Mercury Racing engines. Each mill cranks out 1,350 horsepower. Yep, that’s 2,700 total horsies. Now, the same speedster of the waters is up for grabs at JamesList for a heavy €900,000 ($1,151,910).
Offered by Maranello Marine GmbH in Cologne, Germany, the Cigarette 46’ Rider XP cruises at 95.59 knots and flaunts a maximum speed of 117 knots. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Cigarette boat has the same hand-applied AMG Alubeam silver paint as the SLS AMG, which allows it to stand out on the waters. The interior of the Cigarette 46’ Rider XP is done with marine-grade upholstery.
