The property is being sold in six parcels, ranging from 4.92 acres to 28.72 acres but bidders may bid on any combination of parcels or on the property as a whole.
Centrally located between Birmingham, Atlanta, Chattanooga and Montgomery, the property is suitable for a private residence, a corporate or church retreat, or a hunting property. The two land parcels and the parcel with the cabins all border the Choccolocco Wildlife Management Area, providing access to 46,550 acres of deer, dove and turkey hunting.

The 10,000-square-foot main house is on 22.63 acres and includes an exercise room and an in-ground game room. The second home is on 7.68 acres and has a sun room and borders the parcel with the cabins.
