Limited Edition Montblanc Skeleton A380 Pen
Emirates, the national airline of Dubai, has joined forces with German writing implement manufacturer Montblanc, jointly launched a major inflight retail promotion offering passengers the opportunity to become the Emirates A380 VIP. Crafted from 18k solid white gold, this luxurious pen comes with platinum plated fittings, 16 diamonds on the cap ring and 12 more on the cone and the crown.
All you have to do is buy a Montblanc Starwalker A380 fineliner writing instrument on board and enter a free draw to win a Limited Edition Montblanc Skeleton A380 Pen worth €15,000 (about $19,900).
Additionally, the winner will be given a pair of first class round-trip tickets on an Emirates flight to Hamburg, where he or she (along with a companion) can watch craftsmen in Montblanc’s artisan workshop put the finishing touches, including the Emirates logo, on their new pen. The trip also includes a visit to an Airbus facility, where the winner can see an Emirates A380 superjumbo jet being equipped. The offer is valid between January to June.
This wont be the first time that Emirates and Montblanc have collaborated. Some time back they conducted an onboard charity auction of a Montblanc centennial automatic chronograph watch, the proceeds of which were to be given to children in need.
