Mauro Lecchi and Fenice Milano Lamborghini Yacht
When italian designer Mauro Lecchi created this conceptual luxury yacht using design cues and styling from the sports car maker Lamborghini a lot of people were sceptical. Turns out they were mistaken, because the first example has been commissioned and is currently under construction.
The Lamborghini yacht draws direct inspiration from Lamborghini sportscars. Size of the yacht is 15m long, 4m wide and 3.8m height. Motoryacht is powered by a pair of 550hp Motori Marini Lamborghini V12s, or alternatively two 700hp Volvo Penta IPS 900 diesel engines. To keep the boat light and fast, Lecchi intends for carbon fibre or kevlar in the lamination process.
For the interior design was in charge Fenice Milano, the same outfit responsible for those guilded Fiats and Rolls-Royces. Means the same powerful as the exterior.
