Therefore it is an honor for every hotel to be named by AAA for this prestigious award. Now, Four Seasons Hotel Houston succeeded after a comprenhesive renovation.
The hotel has been named the city’s only AAA Five Diamond Hotel due to its unparalleled experience of luxury and sophistication in an artfully designed setting, complemented by service that goes above and beyond. The new look hotel was under extensive renovation for the last three years and cost a total of $25 million.
The hotel had invested $4 million just for its resort-style swimming pool. The entire pool, which glows with artful lighting at night, meshes dramatic cityscape views with exotic materials such as Turkish travertine tile, environmentally-friendly Ipe wood decking, and lush tropical plants. The swimming pool area has been developed in resort style and the hotel boasts of an ultra modern lobby post renovation.
The guest rooms were completely restyled. BAMO, the design firm from Francisco has been credited with creating custom design furniture that has given a completely new look to the guest rooms and other common spaces of the hotel.
