David Klein, the inventor of the Jelly Belly who created the most popular candy products in the world in collaboration with Leaf Brands, will debut this Beyond Gourmet Jelly Beans at the Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago May 24 – 26, which will also be David’s first public appearance in the last few years.
The new line, David’s Signature Beyond Gourmet Jelly Beans, is the first confectionery product of its kind: blending exotic cuisine and luxury candy and it will let customers experience the world’s finest and most exotic spices, herbs, roots, flowers, fruits and nuts. According to Leaf Brands, LLC CEO Ellia Kassoff, the intent of the David’s Signature Beyond Gourmet line was to make the beans an exclusive, sensory experience; not just eating candy.
