Charlie Sheen’s Sherman Oaks Home
Charlie Sheen’s Beverly Hills Home is officially for sale. The 45-year-old actor has put his home, which he once ironically nicknamed Sober Valley Lodge, on the market for $7.2 million, describing his plush pad as a spectacular celebrity home on the real estate listing.
This 5 bedroom, 7 bath, 7924 square foot Beverly Hills post office home was built in 1992, and features city views, a swimming pool, and access to private tennis courts. There is also an outdoor kitchen with dining area and spa and a screening room. The Mediterranean-style custom-built home is located in a gated community just north of Mulholland Drive, on the Valley side of the Hollywood Hills.
Sheen bought the house in 1997 for $2.5 million. He kept the house in his divorce from Brooke Mueller in a deal reached just weeks ago, after paying her a $1-million buyout. Just this past March, Sheen purchased a second home in the gated community of Mulholland Estates. The second estate, which has a recorded sale price of $6,999,999 (listed for $7.5 million) is just a few blocks away from the Sheen home that just went on the market. [The real Estalker]
