Altough, British heiress Petra Ecclestone got from daddy $90million house in London, she could not resist to buy mansion that was ranked the most expensive home in America when it went on the market.
The 14-bedroom, 27-bath home, located at 594 S. Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills will enable spoiled rich girl to split her time between London and Los Angeles in advance of her August wedding to businessman James Stunt. 56,500 square feet of living space on a 4.69 acre boasts a billiards room, bowling alley, arcade room, flower cutting room, pool, tennis courts, and servants quarters. It also has parking spaces for 100 cars.
The French chateau-style home, known as The Manor, is the largest and grandest private residence in Los Angeles. It was built in the 1980s by the late TV producer Aaron Spelling, the man behind glossy shows such as Dallas and Charlie’s Angels.
