Cooperation between Dr Martens and Swarovski Elements has resulted with their new crystal-embellished collection. The collection includes a limited edition six-piece series of crystallized all-black shoes (crystal 10 eye boots, crystal 5 zita boots, crystal 6 zita boots, crystal 3 eye toe cap shoe and crystal 3 eye shoe–some more heavy on the bedazzlement than others, all equally as sparkle-tastic.
Dr Martens & Swarovski collection consist of shoes for both men and women, especially ones that resemble the 80s punk era and 90s grunge period. Two out of six shoes are oxford models for girls – heeled lace up boots with stunning crystal all over. Each shoe is adorned with sparkling Swarovski’s diamond cut stones. These crystals are intricately applied by hand on the base of glossy leather that makes the crystal shine even more.
This limited edition crystal collection is already available at London’s Selfridge’s, but will hit the US just in time for holiday season this December. Pricing ranges from $215 for the 3-eye toe-cap shoe up to $655 for the 10-eye boot with all-over crystals.
