So, is no wonder that all media report about American actor Bruce Willis and his decision to sell his Idaho Houme for $15 million. Located on 157 Aspen Lakes in Hailey, the 20-acre property comes complete with guesthouse, gym, six bedrooms, pool and water slides.
The Idaho Mountain Express reports The Die Hard star’s pad in Hailey’s Flying Heart area is up for sale because he hasn’t been able to spend much time in the area.
According to the Sotheby’s listing, the master bedroom of the gorgeous home has a gas fireplace, two heated decks and a master bath with jacuzzi, granite shower and built-in closet. The breakfast area offers spectacular views of the lake. There is also a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Heated balconies, gated entry and a security system add to the overall appeal of this celebrity home. Plus, facilities for skiing, biking, live theater and music are just a walk away.
Bruce Willis is also still hoping to sell The Mint bar and nightclub on Hailey’s Main Street, and has now dropped its asking price from $6 million to just under $4.5 million.
