This fall Nars Cosmetics will launch a line of Andy Warhol-inspired Color Cosmetics Line. According to Women’s Wear Daily the makeup is intended to evoke the cool, image-rich, character-laden world of Warhol in a limited edition collection said to showcase innovative packaging, formulas and shades. Andy Warhol Collection has been created by the brand’s founder François Nars under a license with The Andy Warhol Foundation.
This upcoming Andy Warhol Collection is said to be brand’s largest strategic collaboration to date. New color cosmetics collection will be launched in the US this October and globally one month later. Still there is no images for upcoming colour palettes, but knowing Andy Warhol, there will be a plenty of vivid colors.
Nars Cosmetics has previously dedicated a makeup collection to fashion muse Daphne Guinness, who was a friend of the late artist.
