The actor of Big Momma’s House, producer, director, comedian and all-rounder Lawrence lists his 13,900 square feet mansion for a staggering $200,000 monthly.
Built in 1992, massive and lavish Beverly Hills home sits on 2.24 gated acres and features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, a giant pool and spa, which comes alongside a cabana and outside kitchen as well as sunken tennis court and “perfectly manicured” landscaped grounds.

The home also features living room, dining room, grand family room, game room, and kitchen. It also offers plenty of extras, such as a wine room, movie theater with concessions stand, 1000-square-feet gym and two downstairs staff quarters.
Beside this luxury Beverly Hills mansion, Lawrence also owns a property in Toluca Lake, which he bought in 1992, and a home in Virginia he bought in 2005.
