SOUL Electronics, the high-end headphone line of rapper Ludacris move up to the next level due to partnership with the “World’s Fastest Man”, Usain Bolt of Jamaica. The company partnered with three-time Olympic gold medalist to release a new set of luxury headphones, the SL300! Bolt himself has been involved in design of his Own Set of Headphones.
The new headphones is promised by company to cancel surrounding noise so well even the “World’s Fastest Man” can train without intrusion. It will deliver a very high quality and balanced sound, and maybe more important it being great for actual athletes due to the promise of being sweat proof. As befits, the design of SL300 represents Bolt’s home of Kingston, Jamaica with bright yellow, green and black colors.
The collaboration with SOUL came from Bolt’s passion for music.
“Nine out of 10 times, when you see him, he has his headphones on,” Gina Ford, Bolt’s marketing and brand manager, says.
In addition to public appearances, the star athlete will be featured in the company’s upcoming “SOUL of Greatness” video series, which is being developed to inspire people worldwide to aim for greatness and achieve their goals. The Olympic athlete will also develop the ‘RUN FREE’, a unique bluetooth earbud that features removable ear safety-hooks for added stability as well as a version of the company’s popular SL300 that pays homage to the Jamaican flag he so proudly wears.
