In 2005, Harlette De Falaise, an Australian and British designer, media personality and entrepreneur, best known for her work in the Britain and Saudi Arabia, came to idea to create unique and luxury lingerie, to be sexy, romantic and true work of art.
Harlette Luxury Lingerie is a unique and remarkable in many ways. The company is the first in the world to create diamond and platinum suspenders that have a patent on Bastille Day 2009. In 2010, after debuted in Paris at Salon International de la Lingerie, its collection was invited to showcase at the Oscars Style Lounge in Hollywood and pieces of the collectiion have been received by a Saudi Princess in June 2010.
After a world wide tour, Harlette Luxury Lingerie was selected by award winning costume director Edward K Gibbon and Billie Piper to take part in Season 4 of Secret Diary of a Call Girl shown on ITV2 in the UK and Showtime in the USA. At the same time, The Economic Times listed her company as the 5th most unique company to provide services globally just below the black label American Express card. One year later, the company was nominated as a finalist for the NSW Premier Export Awards 2011 in Australia.
Harlette luxury lingerie is made from exquisite materials, lavish fabrics and trimmings, with inspiration from Hollywood, Royalty, the Tudor and Baroque periods and anything French additionaly. Harlette’s collections include fabrics and adornments in embellished crystal-beaded French lace, silks, Italian jewel-encrusted tulle, velvets and of course Marabou, Ostrich and Peacock feathers. Prices range from upwards of $372 for a lingerie set and upwards of $2,482 for a couture luxury wrap.
