OPI is launching its new nail polish, appropriate dubbed The Man With The Golden Gun, to commemorate 50 years of James Bond films. The limited edition glittering nail polish with 18 karat gold leaf will come in a special gold lacquered bottle, complete with Bond-themed packaging.
“For 50 years Bond beauties have graced the big screen with their dazzling looks and opulent style, and gold has always played a prominent role,” Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI’s executive VP and artistic director, said via press release.
OPI’s Limited Edition The Man With The Golden Gun Nail Polish, is set to be released in October alongside the release of Daniel Craig’s latest turn as the spy in Skyfall. The price will be a bit higher than standard OPI bottles – $38! But, keep in mind, it has real gold flakes, so you won’t be unthrifty, but rather to use it as a top-coat, as a final layer.
