For almost two years, an actor Ryan Phillippe is trying to get rid of his Californian home, that he bought in 2008 for $7.175 million after his divorce with Reese Witherspoon. In late 2010, Phillippe put the property on the Hollywood Hills real estate market for $7.45 million, but the timing for selling was bad, so the listing was removed in 2011. This year, once again, he will try to sell his home in the Sunset Strip area for $6.995 million, with Billy Rose of The Agency.
