The annual Hershey auction is just around the corner, and the selection on offer includes over 100 collector automobiles as well as 24 classic motorcycles, 52 lots of highly collectable memorabilia, two beautifully restored vintage boats, and even a few antique fire apparatuses! The automobiles are headlined by the 1931 Duesenberg Model J Dual Windshield ‘Barrelside’ Phaeton by LeBaron, from the collection of Ray Bowersox, that won the legendary race at Lake Muroc. Select examples from the collections of George Grew, Raymond Carr, and John O’Quinn are also highlights of the sale.
Full day previews of the lots on offer will be held from 9 a.m. ET on Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12 with the auction excitement getting underway from 6 p.m. ET each evening.
