Famous actress bought Mediterranean-style mansion in Beverly Hills in 2006 for a cool $11 million, and now is selling it for $7.5 million! This isn’t Stone’s only home in Beverly Hills; she owns another property that she picked up in 1995 for $3.2 million.
This secluded unoccupied Beverly Glen estate, just two miles from exciting Sunset Boulevard, sits at the end of a private road on 4.85 acres with winding pathways with bridges and waterfalls, fruit trees, a meditation garden, a resort-style pool and a tennis court with viewing pavilion. There is also covered parking for about 14 cars.
The main house, built in 1991, doesn’t abundant with furniture since no one lives in it, but what’s there is so luxurious with high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a paneled library with built-in bookcases, and oversized living room with wet bar. Listing information shows there are 5 bedrooms in the main house and another 2 in a detached guest house and a total of 8.5 bathrooms.
