Stuttgart-based automaker, Porsche has just unveiled a particularly exclusive and elegant version of the Panamera, based on its Panamera and all-wheel drive Panamera 4. Pricing on the 2013 Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition starts at $81,475 for the standard model and $85,575 for the all-wheel drive Panamera 4 (both prices include a $975 destination charge).
Called the Platinum Edition, due to the platinum look found around the body and on some of the interior, it comes in five different exterior colors, the standard solid white and black or optional metallic basalt black, metallic mahogany lacquer and metallic carbon grey. Also, when talk about exterior, platinum silver metallic paint has been used for the rear diffuser, the lower half of the side mirrors, the trim on the trunk lid, the air-inlet grille lamellas, and on the air vent grille on the side. The black glossy finish used for the side window strips creates nice contrast and a convincing overall exterior appearance.
Front parking assist, Bi-Xenon headlights, automatically dimming interior and exterior mirrors, and the 19-inch Panamera Turbo alloy wheels with the red, black and gold Porsche crestnow comes as standard equipment with the Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition.
Interior of the Panamera Platinum Edition features the new black/luxor beige bi-colour combination that gives it luxurious touch. Part-leather package comes as standard on the Platinum Edition, while the full leather package is an optional. It also can boasts with the standard sport design steering wheel and Porsche logos on the headrests and custom door sills.
Additionaly, Power Steering Plus as well as front seat heating come as standard. If that’s not enough for you, it also comes with the standard Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation module, a high-resolution 7-inch TFT touchscreen and eleven loudspeakers with a combined output of 235 watt for optimal sound in the vehicle.
