Appleton Estate 50 Year-Old Jamaica Independence Reserve, historic rum with beautifully dark mahogany color, smooth flavors and delightfully complex aromas, has a suggested price of $5,000 per bottle.
For over 50 years these rums were looked after – first by Master Blender Owen Tulloch and then by his protege and current Master Blender, Joy Spence, and in that period, 50-Year-Old Jamaica Rum had aged to perfection resulted in full bouqet with powerful notes of toasted oak, cinnamon, almond, maple rich vanilla and distinguished orange peel.
