As 2013 is the snake year in the Chinese calendar, Latvian-based corporation, Dartz is going to launch vehicles that use this theme, starting with this extreme tuning project dubbed Mercedes G-Class iTempter. This customized Mercedes G-Class, the iTempter is the standard 4×4, which has received several exterior gold plated details.
Designed by Dartz designer Marius Dumitrascu, new iTempter is adorned with with the gold plated tungsten details, and 24 inch bullet design wheels making a striking contrast to the black color of the body. Topping it all off is a massive front grille with a unique Dartz design.
The interior of the car features a lot of quality leather and special Snakewood, a relatively rare tree found in the forests of Central and South America and renowned for its brittle qualities. The central part includes a star sky inserted into the roof and at least three iPads by default, but since every car is bespoke, you can order as many iPads as you want.
Dartz plans to produce 12 units of the gold edition, 24 green editions, as well as 24 orange editions. There aren’t any details about possible mechanical upgrades or about a starting price.
