Lady Gaga’s lost shoe goes under the hammer, along with a range of vintage men’s wear and other pieces at Drouot Richelieu auction house in Paris, on February 11. A, single shoe, which fits the right foot, was last seen at Lady Gaga’s concert at the Bercy stadium in Paris on Dec. 19, 2010, during her “Monster Ball” tour, where she threw it into the crowd.
Silver Emporio Armani platform shoe, in Gaga’s eccentric style features metallic leather, a chunky platform wedge, a 12cm mirrored stiletto heel and cutout detailing. Estimated at between €4,000 – €5,000 ($5,150 – $6,450), this shoe belonged to modern Cinderella, will be part of auction firm’s Cornette de Saint Cyr’s fifth L’Homme et son Univers (which translates as Man and his World) sale.
Other interesting pieces that will be auctioned in February include a Maddest Hatter Los Angeles black felt fedora made for Michael Jackson in 1984, a writing set owned by Marilyn Monroe and an Hermès Birkin bag that once belonged to the French actress and author Hermine de Clermont-Tonnerre.
Last week at Julien’s Auctions, Lady Gaga has purchased 55 items belonged to Micheal Jackson, including his “Bad” jacket ($240,000) and a crystal glove (over $100,000).
