Described as “roaring ’20s art deco home fit for a 21st-century Howard Hughes”, the stunning home sits on a 10,000 square feet estate in The Beverly Glen area, which is a gated community in Beverly Hills. This single-storey multi-winged property, designed by Kristoffer Winters, which sits on two extensively landscaped acres features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and 14 foot high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The luxury mansion boasts five fireplaces, a theater, cobblestone drive, lush green lawns with fountains, pool and spa.
The property was last purchased for $7 million in 2010 and is listed by Branden Williams and Rayni Romito of Hilton & Hyland.
