Since the beginning of this year, JamesList doesn’t stop to surprise us by offering some stunning and incredible rare examples of luxury cars. After Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang No.1 of 5 and the first ever built Pagani Huayra, this World’s Largest Luxury Marketplace now offers Ferrari 599XX, one of 31 units made. Built in 2010, this 599X, finished in red with black roof and black interior can be yours for €1.25 million ($1,67 million).
The car No. 8 of 31 vehicles, left-hand drive has been driven around 6000km, all of which has been done on rack which is quite an impressive feat of track-day only driving. It comes with spares, including tyres, a box of parts and tools, individualised with the car number, as well as helmets and 599XX program racing suits, donated by Scuderia drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. Additionaly, the lucky buyer will also be presented with his own locker and changing room.
This No.8 of 30 examples made for the company’s exclusive client test driver program packs a very impressive gear change of only 60ms using a reduced weight gearbox and produces 780bhp at 9000rpm. All of these impressive figures meant the car held the record for the fastest production-derived vehicle around the Nordschlife completing it in 6.58.16 seconds which was later bettered by the Pagani Zonda R.
This car, one of the most prestigious Ferrari’s and the most extreme 599 ever built can reportedly be fitted with the EVO package. It’s not every day that one of these goes up for sale. In fact, this is the first one we’ve seen.
