Shortly after the first rumors have surfaced that show significant evidence that will soon appear first Vertu ti phone with Android operating system, the brand’s firstborn saw the light of the day. It seems that the luxury and high prices are not enough, but for a new generation of Vertu Ti required and the capability of what the Android operating system seems ideal.
This phone will have Android 4.0.4 operating system, 800 x 480 display, 1.5GHz processor, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. The processor will be Snapdragon MSM8260 SoC with WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100 radio and a modest battery of 1250 mAh. This phone still retains the classic look of Vertu, the three characteristic Android buttons.
Four variants of the Ti will be offerd: “Titanium Black PVD black leather,” “Titanium Black Alligator,” “Red Gold Mixed Metal” and “Titanium Black Leather.” Interestingly, the red gold version has a search button instead of “Recent apps,” but we guess that was an earlier design.
Vertu will be presented at the Mobile World Congress late February. Unofficial but reliable is that the new Vertu Ti will cost in the region of $4,000-$10,000.
