If you offer the highest price, you can become the first man in America to own Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster. If you are wondering why you need to offer more when you can buy it from an authorized dealer, the answer is you can’t, because at the dealership the waiting list is over a year.
In support of the “Walk for Water” charity even, Lamborghini and Charitybuzz is auctioning one of their incredible cars in Las Vegas. The beginning of the 22-mile walk is at Lake Las Vegas, and the end is outside the Bellagio Las Vegas where the Aventador is being auctioned. A non-profit organization, dedicated to providing clean water to people around the world, organized the auction, where the winner of competition will get a new 2013 Aventador Roadster.
So far there have been 7 bids and the bidding is open for 13 more days. Current bid is $495,000 and if it continues at this rate to 4th April, the car will substantially exceed the expected price of $500,000. If you win on auction you can choose to customize the car from 16 standard exterior colors and an option for matte or metallic finish.
To remind you that the Aventador boasts 700 horsepower and has a centrally located 6.5-liter V12 engine. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in less than three seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph. This sleek car features a removable top with high tech, lightweight carbon fiber technologies and has an ISR 7 speed gearbox.
This vehicle will be located in Las Vegas, so you’ll need to pay the transportation from Las Vegas to the yours current location, of course if you win on bidding.
