Miami Beach will lose one celebrity. According to some reports, Matt Damon has listed his Miami Beach home for $20 million. The 42-year-old actor decided to sell his 12,705-square-foot home which he shares with spouse Luciana Barroso, their six-year-old daughter Isabella, Gia, four, Stella, two, and her daughter 14-year-old Alexia from a previous marriage.
Luxury property on North Bay Road, with a view of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami has seven rooms, ten bathrooms, a home theater, wine cellar, a pool terrace, a custom office and a two-bedroom guest house. There is also a dock and 170 feet of water frontage into the Biscayne Bay.
Eight years ago, Damon bought house for $10.3 million, meaning he could get almost double he originally paid if it sells at the desired rate. Famous actor and his wife also have luxury estate in Pacific Palisades area of California where their good friends Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reside. They purchased it last August.
