Al Pacino sold his ‘modest’ guest house for $3.3 million. According to the Real Estalker, he sold the 4,340 square-foot home, which offers some of the ‘best Hudson River views in New York to the to songwriters Curt and Sabelle Frasca.
The Frascas who own Verse Music Group worked with artists ranging from Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson to Avril Lavigne and the Spice Girls. The house was originally on the market for $4.4 million, so the Frascas made quite the saving on it. While the price sounds like a lot the house is actually rather impressive.
Built in 1941, in traditional way, on three acres with a grand entry marked by a spiral staircase the house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living room leads out to a back patio through French doors, and the master suite includes enormous picture windows. The window and patio offers the perfect opportunity to take in the incredible river views.
From the outside the wooden house is surrounded by a quaint stone wall. Inside the house has been designed in country chic style with white beams throughout. The lounge area is particularly spacious, with large windows allowing plenty of light to enter.
