Watching films from a hot tub in a privacy of your home is very nice. This relaxing experience exploded in popularity, and resulted in unique event in London – Hot Tube Cinema. Perched on the rooftop of Rockwell House in Shoreditch, you can soak up the panoramic views of the city while sipping on movie-themed cocktails and watching your favorite films from the 40 degree bubbles.
Hot Tub Cinema’s first official birthday is this year. Since 7th July 2012, when was the first public rooftop screening, the event has grown to include up to 20 hot tubs, two screens and a bespoke surround-sound system, creating a totally unique and fully immersive cinema experience.
You can enjoy in a friendly bunch, committed to providing a safe, relaxed but, importantly, fun environment for watching your favorite movies. On the night, a BBQ menu, film-themed cocktails and tub-side waiter service are also available for guests.
Hot Tub Cinema celebrates great classic films and cult sensations. This summer season will be split into two-week themed runs, starting with the Best of British with titles including Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Inbetweeners Movie and Four Weddings and a Funeral.
Tickets to Hot Tub Cinema in 2013 cost about £30 ($47) per person. Private Hot Tub reservations for six cost around £180 ($282) and Deluxe Private Hot Tub reservations cost about £240 ($376) per group.
