Prior to each home being built there is a customized interview featuring questions about the buyer’s past home-buying experience, their current home, and details about their lifestyle. The buyer then receives specific detailed design recommendations tailored to their lifestyle needs.
Evoke homes boasts a large outdoor courtyards integrated with the home, featuring such options as custom outdoor fireplaces, heaters and kitchens, as well as pen floor plans that “amplify natural light,” with 10-foot ceilings throughout. Customers can choose the master bedroom on the top or bottom floor, as well as between a media room or additional bedroom.
