Modern car manufacturers often put their name on a product that has little to do with four-wheeler, just to show their design skills and create self advertisement. So the designers of French company Peugeot presented GTi a surfboard, made from advanced materials. Of course, it is not a car but a surfboard.
The concept was created by combination of wood, used in making traditional boards, and carbon fiber. The same application of carbon fiber technology has seen on the Onyx concept, presented at last year’s fair in Paris.
On the board is the same logos as the 208 GTi car model. Unfortunately for many surfers around the world, this unusual Peugeot will not have a production version for now, and it will be shown next month at the Festival of Speed at Goodwood UK.
