For this summer Lancome launches a new lighter version of well-known feminine fragrance, La Vie Est Belle. This new – La Vie Est Belle L’Eau de Parfum Legere – isn’t so dramatically different from the original though it really is considerably lighter and much more adequate for summer days.
The fragrance is described as a new category, which falls between an eau de toilette and an eau de parfum. It’s still strong, gourmand, sweet and sensual, but the heavy sweet notes are soothed and refreshed, adapted for hot days. The new version exudes a white musk aura, which is added to the original “edible” aromas of black currant, chocolate praline and vanilla mixed with flowers of jasmine and iris.
La Vie Est Belle L’Eau de Parfum Legere is presented in a reinterpretation of the sourire de cristal (crystal smile) flacon of the original La Vie Est Belle. It reveals the softer-toned juice within. The pearly-grey organza ribbon around the bottle neck is also a coloured a lighter hue. The fragrance is available in bottles of 30 and 50 ml.
A new advertising visual has been created to support the launch, once again promoted by the charming Julia Roberts.
