Cadillac has unveiled Elmiraj Coupe Concept, which the manufacturer announced its future flagship. Elmiraj, which draws inspiration from the 1967 Eldorado model, and the Ciel Concept from 2011, continues a series of aesthetically very successful concept cars. The front of the car dominates the wide radiator grille with a large Cadillac emblem, and specific, thin, elongated headlights that go into the fenders of cars and who, along with similarly designed taillights, giving the concept an extra dose of elegance.
In contrast to the long front hood, rear part of the concept is comparatively short. Beautiful proportions are rounded with 22-inch alloy wheels. Elmiraj interior is as futuristic and luxurious. Inside are used an expensive, high quality materials, leather and wood, and especially is emphasizes the unusual design of the seats. The car has room for 4 people. Since it is a compartment, engineers have tried to facilitate entry to passengers who sit behind, so the front seat slides forward 25 cm, while at the same time the rear seat also moves forward by 10 cm. When a person is placed in his seat, it automatically reverts back to its normal position.
On the center console there is a large display of irregular shape. The speedometer and tachometer retained their distinctive analog form, although these instruments are on the digital display in front of the driver. Cadillac has not released detailed technical specifications, but acknowledged that the concept is powered by a 4.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 500 hp and about 700 Nm of torque.
