When a Land Rover last year at the Geneva Motor Show unveiled the concept version of coupe Range Rover Evoque, it was told that the decision of start its serial production depend on public reaction. Land Rover brand director recently confirmed that the leaders of the company close to making a decision on production convertible version of the new Range Rover Evoque model, and it seems that the car these days, finally got the green light.
An anonymous source has confirmed that the vehicle will go into production during in 2014, and the production version will not be much different from the concept. Range Rover Evoque Convertible will be made on the three-door version of the production car, and among other things has a 21-inch alloy wheels, a classic canvas folding roof, red leather seats, an 8-inch display in the interior and much more. Engine options will likely be the same as the standard model, and will involve 2.2 liter diesel engine with 150 hp, 2.2-liter diesel unit of 190HP and 2.0-liter gasoline turbo with 240 hp.
