This fall, in theaters comes the award-winning movie, Ron Howard’s ‘Rush’ which will enjoy all the fans of Formula 1, since the topic is glorious rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt. These days it appeared the news that Renault Estafette form 1979, used in the aforementioned film, in Ferrari colors and markings, has been offered at auction. In real life, the car has been used by firefighters in a small town on the Swiss-French border.
In the 2012 the van was sent to Britain where he ‘starred’ in the aforementioned film and restored according to the original color and markings. On the roof are two Avon racing tires from that era.
