Anne Hathaway has decided to sell her waterfront apartment in Brooklyn since she has never lived in it because it was too big for her and she felt too exposed. But this ninth-floor unit wasn’t completely untapped – the Oscar-winning actress used it as a storage spot for clothes while she and her husband live in anothersix thousand dollar-plus apartment in the Clocktower building, in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. She bought this walk-in closet apartment in January 2013 for $4.1 million, and now is selling it for almost same price – $4.5 million.
