Popular guy with a guitar from New Jersey is selling his SoHo duplex penthouse for $39.9 million, and he paid $24 million for it. He bought the massive 7,452-square-foot duplex on Mercer Street in 2007 and reportedly invested millions of dollars in renovations. Originally, Bon Jovi asked $42 million for stunning Manhattan mansion, but now he has lowered the price for $2,1 million.
A breathtaking penthouse has two levels and comes with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and two kitchens. It also features, a large great room with posh furnishings, including a sparkling chandelier and glass dining room table, set the tone for the space and three landscaped terraces.
