Popular guy with a guitar from New Jersey is selling his SoHo duplex penthouse for $39.9 million, and he paid $24 million for it. He bought the massive 7,452-square-foot duplex on Mercer Street in 2007 and reportedly invested millions of dollars in renovations. Originally, Bon Jovi asked $42 million for stunning Manhattan mansion, but now he has lowered the price for $2,1 million.
A breathtaking penthouse has two levels and comes with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and two kitchens. It also features, a large great room with posh furnishings, including a sparkling chandelier and glass dining room table, set the tone for the space and three landscaped terraces. One of the terraces is overflowing with plant life and at the center has an oversized Buddha statue. And, not to forget, floor-to-ceiling windows with 360-degree views of SoHo and beyond.
