Chris Hemsworth and his Spanish wife Elsa Pataky are the new owner of Paul Hogan’s Malibu estate. Aussie actor paid $4,8 million for a mini-compound in the celebrity-filled Point Dume area of Malibu. Hogan and his wife Linda Kozlowski bought the property last year for $4 million. Stunning 6,382 square feet home with total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms features contemporary interiors including a stainless steel kitchen with marble inlaid floors, a formal living room with fireplace, library, six bathrooms, a trellis-shaded brick terrace that runs along the back of the house with views of the Pacific Ocean.
The 1992 Victorian-style home also have a self-contained two-storey guesthouse for the extended stay guests. A bit strange, but the property does not have a swimming pool. There are two good-sized flat sections of lawn in the terraced backyard that appear well-suited to a swimming pool, spa, and lounge area, particularly the lower lawn area. Maybe, Hemsworths will work on that.
