Just like marriage and divorce is the time to share the things equally. It’s befallen recently divorced Courteney Cox and David Arquette who selling their Beverly Hills home. The couple bought the home together in 2004 for $5,5 million and now they have listed it for a whopping $19,5 million. According to the Real Estalker they had the A. Quincy Jones-designed single-story sprawler worked over in 2006—with a reconfiguration of the bedroom wing and other alterations—by Cory Buckner, a talented, L.A.-based lady architect who quite literally wrote the to-date definitive book on A. Quincy Jones. Maybe that affected the price and the fact that they’re now two separate, which should be satisfied with the sale.
Located in the super exclusive Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills, luxury 5,500 square foot estate with awesome panoramic views has four bedrooms plus a staff bedroom and a total of five and a half bathrooms.
