Quincy Jones-designed single-story sprawler worked over in 2006—with a reconfiguration of the bedroom wing and other alterations—by Cory Buckner, a talented, L.A.-based lady architect who quite literally wrote the to-date definitive book on A. Quincy Jones. Maybe that affected the price and the fact that they’re now two separate, which should be satisfied with the sale.
