Back in December 2012, Pharrell Williams hoped to get $16.8 million for his stunning Miami penthouse duplex, but he had no luck. Now, famous 39 year old American rapper, singer, record producer, composer and fashion designer had to lower the price for his lavish 9,000 square-foot penthouse, and it now costs $10,9 million. Actualy, that’s the second reduction, in January he already slashed the price to $13.999 million.
The three-story penthouse, located atop the Bristol Tower, allows residents to enjoy 360 degrees of surrounding landscapes, in complete privacy. Built in 1993, luxury house features five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms lined out with granite, a home theater with red leather seating and penthouse pool.
Dark wood, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances furnish the kitchen, while bathrooms are lined with marble and hardwood floors feature throughout. One of the best features is what Pharrell calls the “Reverse Fishbowl” – a terrace with sprawling vistas of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay can be seen through floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home.
