French yellow-branded bubbly brand – Veuve Clicquot has come up with new innovative eco-friendly packaging to keep the Champagne chilled for up to two hours. Made with potatoes starch and recycled paper, which is likewise 100% biodegradable, new cover is also isothermal, so it’s suitable for easy transport. The Naturally Clicquot bottle cover is created by French designer Cédric Ragot.
This innovative material is highly cost-effective to produce and can be molded into any shape desired — two factors that will surely contribute to its popularity among designers. The Naturally Clicquot cover goes on sale around the world from October in a set with a bottle of Brut Carte Jaune for €43 ($58).
