Gulf Craft has shared more details of its new build underway the Majesty 155, its largest yet, during a press event at the Monaco Yacht Show. UAE superyacht builder says the 155 will be a leap in ‘design solutions’, ‘engineering’ and ‘workmanship’. The yacht is scheduled to launch end of first quarter 2015 and be ready to show that summer.
“While this project will be seen by many as a natural progression of the product range expansion that Gulf Craft has developed in recent years with the launches of the Majesty 125 and 135, the Majesty 155 represents quite a leap in engineering complexity and offers us a tremendous opportunity to demonstrate the design solutions and workmanship capabilities of the yard today,” said Gulf Craft’s chief operating officer Erwin Bamps.
The 47m motor yacht is semi-custom (being designed with the ability to customize). It will be powered by twin engines at 1,930hp and achieve top speeds of 16 knots with a 4,200nm range.
