The newly crowned Miss Universe, Venezuelan beauty Gabriela Isler gleamed in Moscow on Sunday, not only in her natural beauty, but also in a “simple” swimsuit worth $1 million. The gorgous 25-year-old TV personality made her first official public appearance as Miss Universe at ceremony by posing in a jewel-studded swimsuit designed by Yamamay, an Italian lingerie company. This unique dazzling suit is adorned with 900 gemstones, including diamonds, rubies and emerald pendants.
“We do have armed guards, so don’t get any ideas,” joked Paula Shugart, president of the Miss Universe organization.
“I feel very happy to share my first day as Miss Universe,” Isler said. “I’m a simple girl. I am just come to have fun, to enjoy the moment — and here I am.”
The “simple” girl in everything else but not simple swimsuit became the seventh Venezuelan Miss Universe beating out contestants from 85 other countries to win the crown at the 62nd annual pageant, which for the first time was held in Moscow.
