Finchatton, known for creating the world’s most exceptional homes has teamed up with the rare whisky brand The Dalmore to create a one-off bottle for its new 3,765 sq ft penthouse apartment in Connaught Apartments, on Mount Street in Mayfair. The bottle has a solid silver neck engraved with Finchatton and the date, in order to cement its status as a one-off item. Only The Dalmore’s master distiller has tasted this vintage, from a barrel that was opened, then instantly sealed again – for this bottle only.
“The Dalmore, like Finchatton, prides itself on qualities of artisanship, exclusivity and excellence, so we’re delighted to be partnering with a like-minded brand on such a creative project,” said award-winning Master Distiller Richard Paterson who has specially created the whiskey for the apartment
Connaught Apartments is home to just four private residences, of which the largest is the four-bedroom Penthouse. The price for this Finchatton’s new Penthouse apartment, which boasts the Dalmore’s specially commissioned, integrated drinks cabinet encasing an exclusive single malt whisky in, is somewhere between £15 million ($24 million) and £20 million ($32 million). It offers a plenty of luxury amenities and services, such as 24-hour concierge and room service, housekeeping and valet services, the extensively equipped Aman Spa, and two Michelin-starred cuisine from Hélène Darroze.
