Matt Damon hopes to sell his Miami Beach house so he cut the price for $1 million. Earlier this year, famous actor asked $20 million for his 12,705-square-foot home, but now this stunning property can be yours for “just” $19 million.
Damon bought a rare double lot with 170-feet of water frontage into the Biscayne Bay, in 2005 and paid $10.3 million for it. The property spreads upon more than 1/2 acre of land and features 7-bedrooms, 10-baths, a home theater, wine cellar, a pool house with a roof terrace, a custom office and a two-bedroom guest house.
In August last year, the 42-year old actor and his spouse Luciana Barroso bought luxury estate in Pacific Palisades area of California where their good friends Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reside.
