Midtown penthouse from the upcoming Martin Scorsese film, “The Wolf of Wall Street,” has just hit the market for $6.5 million. The Penthouse B at the Milan Condominium at 300 East 55th, is Leonardo DiCaprio‘s character Jordan Belfort home, where his crew beat up the butler and dangled him over the balcony threatening to drop him.
The 31st-floor penthouse condominium features three bedrooms, two fireplaces, green windows, and a 200-square-foot infamous terrace. The 2,500-square-foot home has had a top-to-bottom 21st century renovation, providing a modern kitchen and floor-to-ceiling marble bathrooms.
The Milan condominium also appeared on such TV shows as Gossip Girl, The Good Wife, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
