After two years of fluctuations, Leonardo DiCaprio finally sold his Malibu home for $17,5 million. Last year, famous actor asked $23 million to sell it and $75,000 monthly to rent it, and in September this year he reduced the price on $19,5 million. However, he made a good multi-million dollar deal, since he bought the property in 2002 for a more reasonable $6 million. Magnificent compound consists of three separate units: a four bedroom main unit, a detached two bedroom guest house and a one bedroom office space. The place has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total.
Built in 1927, the home features high ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood floors, large glass windows offering spectacular view. This oasis takes total advantage of the Malibu weather surrounded by lush greens lawns and pathways, sprawling sun-drenched deck and rooftop terrace that all lead directly to the sandy white beach.
Meanwhile, Leo just purchased an apartment in Greenwich, New York City after a lot of searching. He also owns a penthouse in Battery Park.
